Triosim Corporation is looking for an experienced MIG Welder / Heavy Fabricator to join our Middletown, OH team in a fast-paced job-shop manufacturing environment. This position involves MIG welding and fabrication of custom equipment and components using carbon steel and stainless steel. The ideal candidate is an experienced welder/fabricator who can read drawings, confidently fit and weld heavy fabrications, safely operate an overhead crane, and take pride in producing high-quality work. This is a true job-shop fabrication environment where you'll work on a variety of projects rather than doing the same weld repeatedly. You'll have the opportunity to work with carbon steel and stainless steel, fabricate large and complex components, and develop your skills on challenging projects. Our Production schedule is Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform heavy welding on carbon steel and stainless steel
• Fit, tack, weld, and fabricate custom components and assemblies
• Set up and perform moderate to complex MIG welding operations
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and weld symbols
• Measure, lay out, and accurately fit components
• Safely operate overhead cranes to move and position heavy materials and fabrications
• Use welding equipment, grinders, cutting equipment, and other fabrication tools
• Inspect finished work for quality, dimensions, and weld integrity
• Maintain production schedules in a job-shop environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Qualifications:
• Previous MIG welding and fabrication experience required
• Experience welding carbon steel and stainless steel
• Ability to weld heavier-gauge materials and large fabrications
• Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings
• Strong understanding of fit-up, measurements, weld placement, and fabrication techniques
• Overhead crane operation experience required
• Ability to safely handle and position large/heavy components
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
• Frequently lift and/or move materials up to 50 lbs, and occasionally more with mechanical assistance (crane, hoist)
• Ability to work in proximity to heat, sparks, fumes, and loud equipment typical of a welding/fabrication shop
• Regular use of hands and arms for welding, grinding, and tool operation
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (welding helmet, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toe boots) for extended periods
