We’re seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to help new professional tax preparer clients successfully set up and use the Client software suite. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and fostering long-term customer success.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through initial setup and software installation.
- Assist with account creation and EFIN documentation uploads.
- Support data migration from previous software providers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during the post-purchase phase.
- Communicate via phone, email, and web tools to provide resources and documentation.
- Coordinate pre-employment paperwork and benefits enrolment.
- Manage training schedules for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Foster a welcoming environment for new employees.
- Utilise Workday for HR and onboarding processes.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with Workday required.
