Experience Required:Minimum of 5 years of experience with designing and implementing project governance frameworks and business analysis policies, standards, and templates.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst soliciting requirements and creating various technical documentation, including but not limited to project intake, workflows, and change requests.Minimum of 5 years of experience using Microsoft Visio and 2 other diagrams, workflow, or mockup tools.Minimum of 5 years of experience using Microsoft Project/Project Online and 2 other project management tools.Minimum of 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholder groups that resulted in organizational changes, such as process improvements, system implementations, or structural realignments. Education Required: Bachelor’s degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Certification Required (Must have any one of the following):Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) - International Institute of Business Analytics (IIBA).Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4 Strategic Leader Certification or higher.Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI).Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI).
