What are the responsibilities and job description for the Information Technology Help Desk position at Trinus Corporation?
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to IT professionals by performing routine system testing and production tasks, including validation of user manuals, procedures, and other instructional materials.
- Operate and assist with medium-sized office printers as well as high-speed commercial printing equipment when required.
- Capable of lifting and handling office supplies and equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware, including personal computers, terminals, printers, cabling, and related devices.
- Provide technical support to system users and departmental staff by identifying, tracking, documenting, researching, and resolving IT-related issues or service requests.
- Follow established procedures for escalating high-priority issues when necessary.
Experience Required:
- Two (2) years of highly specialized clerical experience involved in an information systems environment including the use or installation of desktop software and/or operating high-speed commercial printers.
Education Required:
- High School Diploma.
