Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Nursery Coordinator and Lead PreK teacher to oversee the Sunday operations of our nursery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for families and a heart for Jesus, along with strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively. This role involves hands-on work while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Duties
- Oversee the teaching and coordinating of curriculum.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with Safe Sanctuaries.
- Maintain excellent communication with parents
- Assist with church events as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in childcare is required.
- Strong knowledge of stages of development at young ages.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with nursery operations.
- Familiarity with United Methodism preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
