This is a fast-paced, process-driven role where you'll prepare and submit critical application packages, track approvals, and ensure everything is accurate and on time. No solar experience required — administrative, operations, or project support experience welcome. Training provided.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and submit application packages (permits, utility, and HOA).
- Gather and organize required documentation for accurate submissions.
- Track application status and update internal systems.
- Review incoming documents and distribute to appropriate teams.
- Maintain organized records of applications, approvals, and documents.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve application issues.
- Support administrative tasks to keep workflows moving efficiently.
- Ensure all submissions meet required standards and timelines.
Equipment You'll Use
- CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Adobe Acrobat for document management
- Internal tracking and reporting tools
A Typical Day
- Review application queue and prioritize submissions
- Compile and submit application packages
- Track approvals and follow up on pending items
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Update systems and maintain accurate records
What We're Looking For
- Experience in administration, operations, or project coordination preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- Experience with Salesforce or similar systems is a plus
