Manufacturing Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining,
troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems
to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous manufacturing operations. This
role supports production uptime by performing preventive maintenance,
diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and implementing corrective
actions. Key Responsibilities Perform routine preventive maintenance on
manufacturing equipment and facility systems Troubleshoot and repair
mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Diagnose
equipment failures and determine root causes Install, modify, and
upgrade production machinery and components Respond promptly to
equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime Maintain maintenance logs,
work orders, and documentation accurately Inspect equipment for safety
hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards Support continuous
improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance
Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams Assist with
Facility Maintenance Tasks As Needed Required Qualifications High School
diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification
preferred 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or
industrial environment Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, motors,
conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes Basic understanding of electrical
systems (AC/DC motors, wiring, controls) Ability to read and interpret
blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Experience with hand
tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Strong troubleshooting and
problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team
environment Willingness to work flexible shifts, overtime, or weekends
As Needed Preferred Qualifications PLC Troubleshooting Experience
Welding and fabrication skills CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management
System) experience OSHA safety training or certification Physical
Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended
periods Lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly Work in varying
temperatures, noise levels, and industrial environments Work Environment
