- BSN; if ADN; BSN to be obtained within 4 years of hire
- Current RN license in the State of Michigan.
- Active BLS Certification
- Preferred: Certification in Case Management or other related professional certification.
- Two to five years of medical/surgery or chronic disease management experience in an acute care setting
- Previous case management experience in emergency department and inpatient hospital preferred.
- Full Time
- 32 hours per week
- 4- 8 hour shifts
- Working on different units including Med/Surg, ICU, and Psych Med
