Part-Time RN Case Manager (Field-Based, Flexible Schedule)

Arcadia Case Management is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team in West Michigan. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who values work–life balance, autonomy, and a flexible schedule while still making a meaningful impact in the lives of injured individuals and their families.
This position offers approximately 10–25 hours per week, with the ability to manage your own schedule and work independently in the field. You’ll support clients recovering from Workers’ Compensation and catastrophic auto injuries, serving as a trusted advocate and care coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Coordinate medical treatment, rehabilitation, and follow-up care.
- Act as a liaison between patients, providers, insurers, and families.
- Document patient progress and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage your schedule and travel independently to client appointments in Grand Rapids or Kalamazoo.
Qualifications
- Active Michigan RN license.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (case management experience preferred).
- Workers’ Compensation experience strongly preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with electronic documentation and case management software.
