6G Welder | Port of Catoosa Day shift: 6 am - 2:30 or 4:30 pm M-F Pay: $28 /HR | Direct Hire (skip the temp-to-hire process) Busy Port of Catoosa manufacturing facility needs your fine welding skills. Great work atmosphere & in house employee perks! **MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A 3G MIG/FLUXCORE TEST and a 6G TIG ROOT FLUX FILL IN CAP ON 2 INCH SCHEDULE 160 Responsibilities Plans details of working procedure. Inspects finished product for completeness and conformance to all quality assurance procedures. Safely operate all advanced level welding equipment. Set up, troubleshoot and make advanced adjustments welding machines as needed to maintain good production and quality. Participates in improvement planning – modification of weld procedures to increase safety, efficiency, and quality. Other duties as assigned.
