Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8–12 hour shifts | Flexible schedule based on workload

Job Summary
Trinity Employment Specialists is currently seeking a Valve Technician to support a well-established industrial valve service company in the Tulsa/Broken Arrow area. This role involves working both in a shop environment and occasionally in the field performing inspection, repair, and maintenance on industrial valves and related equipment.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in mechanical work, industrial maintenance, and valve repair, with the potential to transition into a full-time position with bonus eligibility once hired on by the client.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair industrial valves and related components
- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble valves using proper tools and procedures
- Assist with valve testing, pressure checks, and performance verification
- Support shop technicians with repair and maintenance projects
- Travel to customer sites when required to assist with valve service work
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete service jobs efficiently
- Document work performed and assist with job tracking when needed
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude or experience working with tools and equipment
- Experience in industrial maintenance, valve repair, mechanical assembly, or similar trades preferred
- Ability to lift equipment and work in industrial environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work flexible hours depending on job demands
Preferred Qualifications
- TWIC Card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) bonus
- Refinery, oil & gas, or industrial plant experience a plus
- Experience working with valves, pumps, actuators, or mechanical systems preferred
Requirements
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Steel-toe boots required
- Ability to travel occasionally to job sites with the service team
- Reliable transportation to the shop location
