Job Title: Systems Analyst / IT Support Specialist
Pay: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
Schedule:
• Monday – Friday
• Occasional after-hours support as needed

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of Help Desk, IT Support, Technical Support, or Systems Administration experience
• Experience with Active Directory user administration
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 environments
• Strong PC, software, and hardware troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Systems Analyst / IT Support Specialist – Position Summary
We are seeking a Systems Analyst / IT Support Specialist to provide application support and Help Desk support for business-critical systems and end users. This role serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for software applications, ERP systems, engineering software, access control systems, Microsoft technologies, and general IT support.
The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance to office and production employees while helping maintain, improve, and support company software applications and technology systems.
Systems Analyst / IT Support Specialist – Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide Tier 1 Help Desk support to employees
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, network, and user-access issues
• Deliver remote and onsite technical support
• Support Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications
• Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory
• Maintain application documentation and support materials
• Assist with software updates, upgrades, and system implementations
• Support ERP and other business software applications
• Work with software vendors to resolve technical issues
• Assist with software licensing and application management
• Create and maintain reports within business systems
• Document support requests and resolutions
• Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business operations
• Assist with IT projects and technology initiatives
Systems Analyst / IT Support Specialist – Additional Qualifications
• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• Experience supporting ERP systems preferred
• Experience with business applications and software administration preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
• Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments is a plus
• Technical curiosity and commitment to continuous learning
