Medical Biller / AR Follow Up Specialist
We are seeking experienced medical billers to join our onsite healthcare revenue cycle team in Tulsa. This role is ideal for a detail oriented medical biller who enjoys resolving outstanding accounts and ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement. The team is looking for medical billers with prior experience in accounts receivable follow up, insurance collections, and medical claim processing.
As a medical biller, you will review aging accounts, follow up with insurance companies, correct claim discrepancies, and collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing processes. Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills are essential for success as a medical biller in this fast paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a medical biller or in healthcare accounts receivable follow up
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payers preferred
- Strong attention to detail, independent work ethic, and team collaboration skills
- Comfortable navigating multiple payer systems and claim portals
Hours & Compensation:
- Onsite position in Tulsa (no remote work planned)
- Pay: $19–$21 per hour, depending on experience
- Temp to hire opportunity with potential for long term placement
