Dispatcher – Position Summary

• Coordinate daily schedules for field technicians
• Communicate job details, updates, and changes clearly
• Ensure efficient routing and timely customer service
• Support customers, technicians, and office team communication
• Maintain accurate, real-time scheduling and documentation

Dispatcher – Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage daily technician schedules and dispatch assignments
• Adjust schedules based on job needs, emergencies, and availability
• Provide customers with arrival windows and updates
• Monitor technician progress throughout the day
• Update CRM and job statuses in real time
• Communicate job details and changes to technicians
• Track technician availability, readiness, and schedule flow
• Support call center and field team coordination
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs and documentation
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Dispatcher – Additional Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, scheduling, or call center preferred
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
