Brake Press Operator (Aerospace Manufacturing)
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: $18-$25 /hour, depending on experience
Shifts Available: Day Shift & Second Shift
Brake Press Job Overview
Trinity Employment Specialists is partnering with a well-established aerospace manufacturing facility in the Tulsa area to hire experienced Brake Press Operators for both day and second shift. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong sheet metal forming experience in a precision, build-to-print environment.
Brake Press Key Responsibilities
- Operate brake presses to form sheet metal aircraft components
- Read and interpret aerospace blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Form parts to tight tolerances (±0.010”)
- Select, set up, and adjust brake press tooling as required
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers and protractors
- Maintain quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet deadlines
Brake Press Required Qualifications
- Prior experience forming sheet metal parts on brake presses
- Ability to read and understand aerospace blueprints and specifications
- Proven ability to work to tight tolerances (±0.010”)
- Knowledge of brake press tooling and setup
- Proficiency using precision measuring tools (calipers, protractors, micrometers, etc.)
- Aerospace or high-precision manufacturing experience preferred
Shift Schedules
Day Shift:
- Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Currently operating 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday, plus half-day every other Saturday (7:00 AM – 11:00 AM)
