Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and dependable Administrative Assistant / Front Desk representative for a fast-paced aerospace company. This role will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, directing calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support to the office team.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and maintain a polished and professional appearance. Experience with Microsoft Office, data entry, and multitasking in an office environment is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Greet clients and visitors professionally
- Manage calendars and scheduling
- Perform data entry and filing
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks
- Maintain organized records and office supplies
