Facilities and Janitorial Assistant

Trinity Christian Academy is seeking a dependable, service-oriented Facilities & Janitorial Team Member to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our students, staff, and families. This full-time position is an important part of supporting the daily operations and ministry of our school.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Cleaning classrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Restocking restroom supplies
• Assisting with general campus upkeep
• Performing additional facilities and custodial duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods
• Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check
• Must complete MinistrySafe Training upon hire
