Location: Southern California Region (Multiple Sites)
Pay: $25–$28.50/hour (DOE) 500$ Monthly Auto Allowance

What You’ll Do
- Respond to work orders across multiple properties (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances repairs, glass replacement,etc.)
- Complete apartment make-ready tasks and unit turnovers quickly and efficiently
- Handle occupied unit repairs with professionalism and urgency
- Support site teams with preventative maintenance and safety checks
- Occasionally assist with groundskeeping when needed
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure company policies are met
- Represent the company with professionalism and a solution-focused mindset
- Assist with other duties assigned.
- 2 years of experience in property maintenance or similar
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) with two years of related experience performing gardening
- Comfortable working independently across different sites
- Strong skills in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems
- Solid knowledge of tools and safety procedures
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (required)
- Ability to walk, kneel, climb, lift up to 75 lbs, and work in varied weather
