What You’ll Do
- Lead and train maintenance staff; promote teamwork and safety.
- Oversee daily operations, preventive maintenance, and quality control.
- Respond to emergencies and assist with work orders as needed.
- Manage vendors, budgets, and capital projects.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, ADA, and Fair Housing standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 to 5 years in multifamily/property maintenance.
- Supervisory experience with strong technical knowledge.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills. -
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel regionally
