Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions for early elementary students
- Expertise in assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre-written curricula
- Proficiency with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsiveness to student behaviors within them
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Willingness to work on-site at one of our campuses: Tampa, FL; Austin, TX or Plano, TX.
