This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus specialized certification in reading instruction methodologies (such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or comparable approaches)
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing targeted small-group reading intervention for K-3 students
- Demonstrated ability to assess reading capabilities, create effective student groupings, and develop customized instruction without relying on pre-packaged curricula
- Experience with adaptive learning technologies and the ability to respond effectively to student interactions with these tools
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
- Commitment to on-site work at one of our campus locations: Lake Forest (CA), Santa Barbara (CA), Charlotte (NC), Raleigh (NC), Manhattan (NY), or Chantilly (VA)
