What You'll Do:

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality, and personalized care in accordance with physicians orders and personalized care plans
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and Clinical Services Team
• Help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence after illness or surgery
• Educate patients and families on improving balance, walking, and preventing decline
• Assess and ensure safe mobility in the home environment

What You Bring:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Program (AOTA-approved)
• Active COTA license in Florida
• Valid Florida drivers license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR
• 1 years of experience as an OT required, Home Health experience preferred
• Strong initiative and independent judgement
