Schedule: Full-Time

Pay Rate: Up to $38.00 per hour

Charlotte Bay Rehab and Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping residents regain independence, improve daily functioning, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with resident evaluations and the development of individualized treatment plans
• Support residents in performing daily living activities and therapeutic exercises
• Promote rehabilitation goals while monitoring and documenting resident progress
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with all regulatory standards
  
  
  

Requirements

• Current Florida State COTA License
• Experience using Net Health
• Prior long-term care experience preferred
