Position Description:

Screen press Operator Responsibilities:

• Exposure and reclamation of screens for use in Screen Printing Process
• Set up and operation of UV and Conventional Silk Screen Presses
• Performance of all scheduled maintenance operations as directed by the Production Manager
• Diligent adherence to the First Article Sign Off (FASO) and related QMS Procedures
• Achievement of Quality and Productivity targets established by the Print Manager
• Cooperation with all team members in the efficient execution of manufacturing processes
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 5S principles
• Maintain a safe and injury free work environment
• Perform related duties as assigned by the Print Manager
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Ability to mix PMS color using ink formula and color matching

Key Competencies:

• Documented Screen Printing experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal customers.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) and experience with an ERP system is preferred.

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
