Pay Rate: $15.25 - $17.00 per hour

Position Summary
The Security Officer provides on-site safety and security at client facilities. Officers are responsible for observing, reporting, and responding to security incidents, maintaining a safe environment, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires dependability, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Review post orders, memos, and site-specific instructions.
- Provide Tier-1 customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.
- Document and escalate questions, concerns, and incidents to the appropriate Trident representative or site point of contact.
- Conduct regular patrols (at least once per hour) to maintain order and presence.
- Monitor and control access of authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicles.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and PPE requirements.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide basic first aid, CPR, or AED support as certified.
- Inspect doors, gates, and buildings for security or maintenance issues.
- Report suspicious person/s or activities through proper channels.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Trident management.
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous security experience preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
- Must obtain and maintain an ASRB Guard Card within 30 days of hire.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Alabama Driver’s License.

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed.
