Human Resources Administrator: Seattle, WA 
Trident Security Solutions | Full-Time | Hourly (Non-Exempt) 

Pay: $28.00 per hour to start $29.00 per hour after 90 Days

What you'll do 

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Corporate HR Department 

• Serve as a go-between for employees and HR, documenting questions and concerns and escalating them as needed 

• Assist with recruiting: screen Security Specialist candidates, schedule interviews, sit on interview panels, and verify licenses 

• Lead new hire orientation sessions and support onboarding 

• Maintain employee records in Odoo and work with Timekeepers on payroll and time off 

• Support benefits, appraisals, offboarding, discipline documentation, and compliance audits 

• Track issues through to resolution and document operational meetings 

What you bring 

• 2 years of HR administrative support experience 

• High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in HR or business is a plus but not required) 

• Basic knowledge of labor laws 

• Comfort with Microsoft Office and Apple applications (Numbers, Pages, Keynote) 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel between client sites in the Seattle area 

• Flexibility to occasionally work evenings, weekends, or holidays when needed
