Pay: $15.25 - $16.25 per hour
Schedule: Overnight shift (hours vary between 8:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Hours: Guaranteed opportunity to earn 40 hours per week
Location: Varying sites throughout Huntsville, Alabama

What You’ll Do
As a Security Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining safety and order across various client sites. Responsibilities include:
- Review post orders, pass-down notes, and any site-related memos
- Deliver Tier-1 customer service to employees, clients, and visitors
- Record and escalate customer questions or concerns appropriately
- Patrol premises (at least once every 60 minutes) to ensure order and safety
- Monitor and control access for authorized personnel, vehicles, and visitors
- Conduct door, gate, and window checks to ensure proper security
- Identify and report maintenance issues, hazards, or unusual activity
- Respond to emergencies and provide basic first aid, CPR, or AED support if certified
- Perform patrols (foot and/or vehicle)
- Document all incidents clearly and accurately
- Complete other security duties as assigned
Requirements:
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous security experience preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Must obtain an ASRB Guard Card within 30 days of hire
- Must maintain a valid ASRB Guard Card during employment
- Must possess a valid Alabama Driver’s License
