Job Description:
Front Desk associates are responsible for our guests' reservations and registrations. They also do point of sale for our small gift shop and other administrative duties while delivering a great guest experience.
Duties:
Provide superior guest service over the telephone and in person by being enthusiastic, attentive, and helpful.
Greet all guests with a positive attitude and well-groomed appearance, a smile, and proper uniform.
Follow all guidelines and procedures regarding the handling of registrations and reservations.
Follow specific cash and credit card handling procedures and properly use all office equipment.
Make and meet goals set by yourself and supervisor
Qualifications:
General knowledge of computer and phone operations
Excellent guest service skills
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to communicate effectively over the phone.
