Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming check-in experience
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
- Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing, and payments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room availability
- Follow all hotel policies and Marriott brand service standards
- Upsell rooms, upgrades, and hotel services when appropriate
- Maintain a professional and organized front desk area
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of Front Desk experience with Marriott Hotels (MANDATORY)
