Required Skills:
- Proven experience in bulk/mass hiring and industrial recruitment.
- Strong domain knowledge in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or e-commerce hiring.
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
- Expertise in blue-collar and high-volume hiring strategies.
- Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
