Trident Consulting is seeking a " R&D Lab Technician" for one of our clients in "Bedford, MA " A global leader in business and technology services.
Role: Lab Technician III – R&D
Location: Bedford, MA (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Interview: In-person
Pay Rate: $24/hr on w2
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field OR High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of laboratory experience
Required Skills
- Hands-on laboratory experience
- Follow laboratory protocols/SOPs
- Prepare and mix laboratory solutions
- Document work in an Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN)
- Basic troubleshooting of experiments
- Data recording and basic analysis
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of EHS/Laboratory Safety
Preferred Skills
- R&D laboratory experience
- Product testing/development
- Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF)
- Normal Flow Filtration (NFF)
- Biopharmaceutical filtration processes
Key Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory experiments and filtration testing
- Execute experiments following protocols
- Record results in ELN
- Support scientists and engineers with R&D projects
- Troubleshoot experiments and organize data
- Maintain lab safety and meet project deadlines
