Job Title: AS400/COBOL Tech Lead
Location: Remote
Length of Assignment: 1 year w/ extension
Type: Contract (W2 Only)
Rate:$70/hr on W2
Mandatory skills:
1. AS400/COBOL
2. AS/40 ILE Concepts with CL programming
3. Query/400, SQL
We are seeking an experienced AS400 Technical Lead with strong expertise in IBM i (AS400 and COBOL, RPGLE , CL/CLLE,and DB2/400.The candidate will lead development, BRE extraction, STTM document preparation mission-critical enterprise applications. The role requires technical leadership, client interaction, solution design, estimation, code reviews, and mentoring of development teams.
Years of experience required: 10 years of experience ( AS400 COBOL Experience is mandatory Additionally, Legacy Modernization and Reverse Engineering and Business Rules Extraction (BRE) are the preferred skills.
