About the Role
- We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to support a leading consumer technology organization focused on building deeper customer relationships through loyalty, engagement, and lifecycle marketing.
- This team is evolving beyond traditional transactional rewards to create meaningful, emotionally resonant customer experiences that drive long-term engagement and brand affinity. This role will play a critical part in shaping and executing strategies that increase customer frequency, retention, and lifetime value.
- You will work cross-functionally with Product, Business, Research, and Marketing teams to bring innovative loyalty and engagement initiatives to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for loyalty programs, product launches, and new feature rollouts
- Design and implement comprehensive loyalty and lifecycle marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value
- Own both inbound and outbound marketing initiatives, optimizing the customer journey from awareness to active engagement
- Develop and test innovative loyalty program concepts that go beyond traditional rewards to build deeper emotional connections with users
- Leverage customer insights, behavioral data, and research to understand engagement drivers and inform marketing strategies
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using key metrics such as engagement, adoption, retention, and customer frequency
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, Analytics, Research, and Design teams to shape strategy and drive execution
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring all programs and messaging resonate with user needs while delivering measurable business outcomes
- Tackle ambiguous business problems with a strategic mindset, developing recommendations to evolve loyalty and engagement strategies
- Operate independently with minimal supervision, managing projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on product, growth, or lifecycle marketing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in loyalty, retention, or customer engagement programs
- Proven track record of designing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
- Experience working in consumer (B2C) technology environments (B2B experience is a plus)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance data-driven insights and customer understanding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working at top-tier technology companies (e.g., FAANG or similar environments)
- Background in growth, CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing
- Experience applying behavioral psychology and customer insights to create impactful marketing experiences
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with Product and Engineering teams
