Type: W2 Contract
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience administering employee leave programs and workplace accommodations.
- Workers’ compensation administration experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of U.S. leave laws, accommodations processes, and multi-state compliance requirements.
- Experience working with third-party administrators, leave management systems, and accommodations platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
