About the Role
- We are seeking a Workplace Operations Coordinator to support access control systems and employee workplace services. This role combines customer support, ticket management, and physical security coordination, ensuring a seamless and secure access experience across facilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage access control systems and process employee access requests
- Provide customer support, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
- Handle high-volume tickets related to onboarding, access, and workplace support
- Support physical security operations and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain and update access records, accounts, and system data
- Track, resolve, and report issues, complaints, and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workplace operations
- Provide updates and insights to leadership on access-related activities
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- Strong customer service / support experience (high priority)
- Ability to manage high-volume ticketing environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Core Skills (Preferred)
- Experience with access control / badging systems
- Background in physical security or workplace operations
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow)
