Hiring Lead ServiceNow Engineer- NYC, NY

Role: Lead ServiceNow Engineer – IRM (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: NY, NY / Bethlehem, PA / Stamford, CT / Holmdel, NJ- Hybrid Onsite (3 days onsite)

Type: Contract to Hire

Rate: $90–100/hr. (C2C) | $100/hr. (W2)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development & support for ServiceNow IRM, BCM, and TPRM modules
• Design and implement workflows, business rules, and integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions
• Drive platform improvements, automation, and performance optimization

Required Skills:

• 5 years of ServiceNow development/admin experience
• Strong experience with IRM / GRC / BCM / TPRM modules
• Hands-on with Flow Designer, scripting (JavaScript), integrations
• Experience with dashboards, reporting, and data governance

Nice to Have:

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-IRM, CIS-BCM, CIS-TPRM)
• Experience with GRC tools like Archer, MetricStream, OneTrust
