Job Title: Cleanroom Manufacturing Technician
Location: St. Louis, MO (0nsite)
Pay Rate: $23/hr on W2 | Shift Differential: 15%
Estimated Hours: 1,800
Shift Details
- Shift: 3rd Shift (4x10 schedule)
- Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Shift Timing: 10:00 PM – 8:30 AM (next day)
- Training Period: First shift for 2–3 months
- Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Interview Process
- Onsite interviews will be conducted
Purpose of the Position
Manufacture products according to established protocols and perform operations in support of the group, department, and company.
Essential Job Functions
- Operate processing equipment:
- COP (clean out of place)
- CIP (clean in place)
- Kaps All Torquer
- Label line
- Perform production operations
- Routine cleaning of rooms
- Monthly phenolic cleaning of rooms
- Waste disposal
- Manual cleaning of small parts
- Pulling bottles from inventory
- Bottle pass through to Class 100 clean room
- Hand torque and torque testing
- Application of pinch clamps
- Packaging of bags/bottles
- Communicate and document status of processes, products, and equipment
- Communicate production/equipment status and report deviations to supervisor
- Execute batch records in SAP (eBR)
- Ensure logbooks are completed per procedures
- Perform operations in compliance with rules and safety procedures
- Follow production procedures and safety policies at all times
- Use, clean, and store PPE appropriately
- Label in-process equipment and containers properly
- Take corrective action for unsafe conditions
- Participate in safety and quality training
- Maintain housekeeping in manufacturing and working areas
Basic Qualifications

Additional Local Requirements
- Production environment exposure
- Occasional lifting/pushing up to 50 lbs
