Rate: $25/hr on w2
We are looking for an Access Control Coordinator to manage access control systems, badge operations, and ensure a seamless and secure experience for employees and visitors. This role involves monitoring access activity, supporting badge-related needs, coordinating with security and workplace teams, and handling access control systems across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee access control systems, badge operations, and employee access
- Monitor access activity and escalate issues or emergencies to appropriate teams
- Provide support for access control systems and badging across multiple locations
- Handle vendor coordination, equipment maintenance, and badge inventory
- Analyze data, maintain records, and ensure compliance with security protocols
Requirements
- 1 years of office or relevant experience; access control/security systems is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and a team player with a proactive mindset
