Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to designated areas, ensuring authorized entry.
- Observe and report irregular or unusual activity promptly and accurately.
- Patrol the property to maintain safety, security, and visibility.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and incidents, maintaining composure in high-stress situations.
- Enforce site rules, regulations, and procedures consistently and professionally.
- Provide courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and customers.
- Investigate disturbances and document incidents thoroughly and clearly.
- Maintain detailed activity and incident reports in accordance with TriCorps standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.
- Stay alert and aware of surroundings throughout each shift.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and good judgment under all circumstances.
- Uphold TriCorps’ core values of reliability, service, and excellence.
- Positions available in North Bethesda, Maryland.
- Shifts may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
