Job Description And Responsibilities
- Security Officers will maintain a visible and professional presence in the front lobby to deter potential disruptions, as well as promote a secure environment for visitors.
- Security Officers assigned to the Police Administration building will be armed.
- Security Officers are to monitor building and keep unauthorized personnel out of the building.
- Security Officers are to be responsible for all security related areas around and within the administration building as directed by the Police Department.
- Security Officers are to process persons coming into the Police Administration building while working the front information/security desk.
- Security Officers may be requested to walk and patrol the perimeter of the building and parking lot area.
- Shifts will be days, evenings, graveyards, weekends, and holidays.
