Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to community entrances, ensuring that only authorized individuals are permitted entry.
- Provide a visible and professional presence to promote a safe and secure environment.
- Patrol community grounds to deter and detect potential safety or security concerns.
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and service calls, following established protocols.
- Communicate clearly with residents, guests, and management to support daily operations.
- Prepare accurate reports documenting daily activities, observations, and any incidents.
- Support emergency response efforts and coordinate with local authorities when needed.
- Follow all client and TriCorps procedures to ensure high-quality service and consistent performance.
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.
- Stay alert and proactive throughout each shift to ensure a secure environment.
- Demonstrate calm judgment, effective communication, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Uphold TriCorps’ standards of integrity, reliability, and excellence.
- Positions available in Panama City Beach, Florida.
- Shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
