What You’ll Do

• Support the Transportation Account Managers with a wide range of service and processing tasks
• Assist with renewal preparation, documentation and internal worklfow coordination
• Maintain organized, accurate client files and reports within Applied Systems EPIC
• Help manage internal requests such as certificates, endorsements and policy updates
• Coordinate administrative steps related to loss runs and other carrier communications
