- Work with insurance carriers and underwriters to obtain quotes and negotiate terms (25%)
- Manage proposal preparation, documentation, and carrier follow-up processes (25%)
- Maintain accurate records in insurance systems and ensure timely data entry and documentation (15%)
- Support internal teams with questions, issue resolution, and promote TRICOR in the community (10%)

We encourage candidates who meet the following qualifications to apply:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Previous insurance industry experience is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of employment)
- Familiarity with Applied Systems Epic or similar insurance platforms
- Prior experience working with insurance carriers or underwriting teams
