What a Personal Lines Account Manager will do
- Provide high-level client service with a strong focus on retention
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and carrier partners
- Review and evaluate new and existing personal insurance accounts
- Complete and submit applications accurately and efficiently
- Recommend coverage updates, cross-sell, and upgrade policies based on client needs
- Maintain timely and accurate client file documentation within agency systems
- Stay informed through ongoing learning to enhance product knowledge and service effectiveness
- Represent TRICOR in the community as a trusted insurance partner
