Sr. Manager – Digital Platforms

Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Manager of Digital Platforms to lead the strategy, optimization, and continuous improvement of our client’s ERP and CRM systems. This role is central to our client’s Digital Transformation & AI-First Strategy, ensuring enterprise platforms empower decision-making, streamline operations, and scale with our growth. This Sr. Manager will collaborate across departments to translate business needs into technical roadmaps, manage vendor relationships, and guide a team of analysts and engineers. From system upgrades and integrations to user adoption and data governance, the Sr. Manager of Digital Platforms will function as the architect of their digital backbone.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP and CRM strategy, implementation, and optimization across the organization.
• Align digital platforms with the client’s AI business strategy.
• Manage system upgrades, integrations, migrations, and vendor relationships.
• Mentor and guide a team of business analysts and engineers.
