Sr. ETL Developer

Summary

We are seeking experienced ETL developers to join our client’s data team. You will design, develop, and support data integration solutions using Informatica Cloud (IICS) and Snowflake. This role will focus on delivering reliable, high-quality data pipelines while adhering to established data architecture, governance standards, and business requirements. Depending on the role, this developer may also provide technical leadership and collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and data stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Informatica Cloud (IICS).
• Load, transform, and optimize data in Snowflake.
• Write and tune complex SQL queries.
• Implement data quality checks, validations, and error handling processes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and support ETL jobs in development and production.
• Ensure adherence to data modeling and data architecture standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and data stewards to gather and clarify requirements.
• Participate in impact analysis, documentation, and change management.
  
  

Requirements

• Hands-on experience using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) for ETL development.
• Extensive experience with Snowflake, including hands-on data loading and optimization.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling (facts, dimensions), ETL, and data integration best practices.
• Ability to demonstrate real-world, practical ETL implementation experience.

• Python experience.
• Solid Azure or Cloud platform knowledge.
• Experience in Microsoft-based environments.
• Insurance or title insurance industry experience.
  
  

This is a 6-month hybrid Contract-for-Hire opportunity with our MN client.
