Solutions Architect – Innovation & Operations (Applications)

Summary

This Solutions Architect will partner with business stakeholders and IT to design and implement technology strategies that solve business challenges and support long-term goals. This role will focus on aligning enterprise solutions with business capabilities, optimizing processes, and building a connected ecosystem through strategic planning and integration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business needs and identify technology-driven solutions.
• Design and lead the implementation of solution architectures aligned with enterprise strategy and standards.
• Develop roadmaps and strategies to modernize systems and create a connected ecosystem.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their impact on business models.
• Communicate technical strategies across diverse audiences including executives and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with architectural governance, policies, and industry standards.
  
  

Requirements

• 10 years in IT solution development (e.g., architecture, infrastructure, Cloud, application development).
• Proven experience leading complex technology programs.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing systems (e.g., MES, PLM, ERP, WMS).
• Demonstrated skill in Agile methodologies, product management, and SDLC practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience developing architecture blueprints and long-term IT roadmaps.
