Our client is seeking a SharePoint UX/UI Designer – Agile Technical Writer to lead the redesign and technical enhancement of the Agile Center of Excellence (ACoE), housed on their SharePoint intranet site. This role will modernize the site's user experience, improve navigation and content architecture, and ensure the ACoE serves as a centralized resource for Agile practices, tools, and standards across the organization.

Our client is seeking a SharePoint UX/UI Designer – Agile Technical Writer to lead the redesign and technical enhancement of the Agile Center of Excellence (ACoE), housed on their SharePoint intranet site. This role will modernize the site's user experience, improve navigation and content architecture, and ensure the ACoE serves as a centralized resource for Agile practices, tools, and standards across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Redesign the existing ACoE in SharePoint to support Essential SAFe enablement.
- Develop intuitive information architecture and navigation for Essential SAFe guidance, practices, and the operating model.
- Optimize experiences for diverse audiences including Lean-Agile Leaders, RTEs, product managers, and delivery teams.
- Partner with EPMO Leadership to mature the ACoE refresh including role-based guidance and PI planning resources.
- Translate Scaled Agile concepts into clear, actionable, plain-language guidance.
- 3 years of intermediate to advanced experience designing intuitive UX/UI solutions within SharePoint.
- Demonstrated technical writing experience supporting Agile or scaled Agile environments.
- Working knowledge of Essential SAFe Framework concepts and terminology.
- Experience working within Agile Release Trains (ARTs) or program-level Agile delivery environments.
- Servant leader with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Preferred
- Prior experience supporting an ACoE, PMO, or EPMO.
- SAFe certification (SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner, SAFe RTE).
- Experience in government, insurance, or highly regulated environments.
- Familiarity with PI metrics, flow metrics, and program reporting.
- Experience with Targetprocess PPM or similar Agile tooling.
