Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
- Review project proposals to determine timelines, resource requirements, funding constraints, and execution strategies.
- Organize and lead project teams, assigning responsibilities and ensuring accountability.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and plans.
- Monitor and report on project performance including cost, timeline, and resource utilization.
- Identify risks, obstacles, and constraints and proactively implement solutions.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, external regulations, and quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact among stakeholders, project teams, and leadership.
- Independently manage complex issues, escalating only when necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
