Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Infrastructure & Operations teams to organize, track, and deliver multiple high-visibility projects.
- Break down complex technical work into structured task lists, milestones, and prioritized workflows.
- Coordinate meetings, document requirements, follow-up on action items, and maintain project visibility.
- Drive accountability among technical stakeholders (no deep IT expertise required).
- Adapt to shifting priorities and work comfortably in a fluid, evolving environment.
- Background in IT, infrastructure, or application SDLC.
- 1–4 years of project management experience as a project manager or coordinator.
- Experience working in environments with shifting priorities and evolving requirements.
- While familiarity with the PMBOK is acceptable, strict adherence to this methodology is not a good fit, as the client values pragmatic, adaptable PMs.
- Proven ability to break down complex work into organized, actionable tasks.
- Comfortable working hands-on (someone who executes rather than delegates).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to ask the right questions of technical teams.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work comfortably in a fluid, evolving environment.
